Purpose-built in 2017 on a site adjoining Veritek’s headquarters in southern England, the Veritek Repair Centre comprises 14,000 square feet of workspaces and warehouses.
On the ground floor, there are comprehensive workspaces, designed to enable the full refurbishment and assembly of larger items.
In addition, extensive ISO9001 accredited warehouse facilities store spare parts, all itemised for instant retrieval, and small items of equipment for speedy like-for-like swaps.
Within the Logistics and Parts Offices, our teams ensure that deliveries arrive and shipments depart smoothly and efficiently, while our Pre Delivery and Installation (PDI) experts have a dedicated space for preparation and commissioning.
Moving up to the first floor, there are large and airy workspaces.
These provide our teams of electromechanical repair technicians with the facilities required to perform back-to-base bench repair on everything from ophthalmic and diagnostic equipment to digital projectors and security devices.
Our experts can access our dedicated dark room facility for testing projectors, or our dust-free clean room for calibrating the most delicate of diagnostic tools.
Veritek’s Training Centre is also based at the Repair Centre. In these modern training rooms, OEM and Veritek-led training sessions can be scheduled for a range of audiences.
Our service management system ensures that every stage of work, every part and process, is recorded and can be instantly tracked for updates.
Overseen by our Repair Centre manager, the whole organisation provides a gold standard in fast, expert repairs to sites worldwide.

We can even handle all of the logistics and preparations at your site too, if you require. Our PDI team will do whatever it takes to ensure that your staff can simply plug in and play.
