Problem

One of the world’s leading producers of medical diagnostic systems, Italian manufacturers Esaote are a world leader in Ultrasound technology. 

Rather than establishing its own in-house technical support team in the UK, Esaote elected Veritek to be its UK partner. 

This required the creation of a dedicated one-stop shop service, with Veritek ensuring that all maintenance, customer service and reactive repair services met Esaote’s exceptionally high standards.  

Solution

A group of highly experienced Veritek field engineers were given comprehensive OEM training at Esaote’s dedicated facilities in the Netherlands and Italy, ensuring they had all the necessary expertise in ultrasound equipment, and in each specific Esaote model.  

Veritek created an entire team and support package to provide a dedicated technical helpdesk and customer support helpline, and a UK-wide network of OEM trained engineers to provide a rapid repair service, as well as pre-planned maintenance on a scheduled timetable. This enables customers to depend on a truly seamless end-to-end service.  

As Esaote’s presence in the UK market continues to grow, so does Veritek’s dedicated support team, in order to maintain and improve our response speeds and quality of service.  

Results

The relationship between Esaote and Veritek continues to be highly successful and has grown in step with Esaote’s ever expanding UK customer base. In addition, whenever Esaote launches a new piece of cutting-edge Ultrasound technology, Veritek engineers receive extra training at Esaote’s base to keep their expertise fully up to date.  

Veritek offers preventative maintenance visits, remote diagnostics and support, and a rapid on-site break/fix repairs across the UK. In addition, we offer a comprehensive back-to-base service where required, using Veritek’s cutting edge repair centre, with dust free clean rooms.
