Global brand Epson maintain its reputation by consistently developing industry leading technology. The company was seeking an elite service partner which could meet the increasing post-sales service demands of Epson’s growing customer base.

Solution

A fast-response on-call repair service was designed across both territories, with full supply lines and warehousing for parts, and a bespoke schedule of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) was designed and put into action. 

After a successful transfer, all Epson large format inkjet printer systems sold across the UK and Ireland were professionally installed by Veritek’s technical engineers.

Veritek now offers installation, breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance to all customers of Epson large format inkjet printers across the UK and Europe.
