Field engineering is the backbone of Veritek’s support solutions. Our engineers are our key asset; Veritek does not sell products or consumables, only our engineers can earn our income. As such Veritek employs engineers, invests in them, develops and challenges them. Our business has been based on the provision of service ‘on-behalf’ of the manufacturer, it’s our job to enhance you brand by fixing the equipment quickly and ensuring a professional approach at all times.
Veritek will work with you to design, enhance and deliver your preventative maintenance programme. The focus of preventative maintenance is to improve machine up-time and asset longevity whilst reducing the requirement for ad hoc field visits.
Full ‘back to base’, ‘bench repair’ and ‘swap out’ solutions are available. These services are a practical solution for smaller technical products or providing component level repairs, which may not be practical for onsite engineers to perform.
