Canon Medical Systems Unveiled a New CT System
Director of Service and Technical Support Paul Parsons gave us a tour of the Aquilion One CT Scanner at the Canon booth. This cutting-edge technology promises enhanced image resolution through deep learning reconstruction and the ability to conduct full-body scans within seconds.
Furthermore, its compact, air-cooled design enables seamless integration into standard CT rooms. Notably, INSTINX automation streamlines workflows, resulting in a 40% reduction in operational steps.
Esaote Showcased its MyLab X90 Ultrasound System
James Davies, Country Business Development Director for the UK & Ireland, introduced us to Esaote’s new MyLab X90 Ultrasound System.
Interestingly, James described the system’s capability to maximise diagnostic confidence with clear and immediate images. Also, simplify intricate processes with AI-powered workflows.
Philips demonstrated how the company alleviates stress for paediatric MRI Patients
Noteworthy on the Philips stand was Philips’ Paediatric Coaching Solution.
Hans Driessen, Senior Manager of Downstream Marketing, explained how the Paediatric Coaching Solution prepares and guides children through MRI exams at home and in clinical settings, providing in-bore guidance during the scan to minimise anxiety.
GE Healthcare unveiled its Theranostics innovation
GE Theranostics stood out Among GE Healthcare’s 40 innovations aimed at supporting clinicians, enhancing patient care, and improving health system efficiency.
Regional General Manager for Northern Europe, Simon Maguire, explained that GE Theranostics’ objective is to simplify the coordination of oncology care pathways, historically a laborious manual process.
