Service and Operations Manager
Position Overview
We’re looking for an Operations and Service Manager. Reporting to the General Manager of the company, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning, managing and improving our technical support operations
- Delivering high levels of service quality
- Achieving customer satisfaction
- Leading the company’s team of field service technicians in Spain, France and Portugal
- Ensuring our field service technicians achieve the highest degree of efficiency in their day-to-day activities
- Implementation of optimisation and service improvement processes
- Managing the timely collection of data to update operations metrics so that the company can achieve productivity goals, reduce cost per intervention, eliminate errors and provide excellent customer service
- Plan, direct and supervise the company’s policies, standards, initiatives and operational objectives
- Acting as a liaison between the company and corporate clients to ensure a high degree of satisfaction
- Analysing market trends and new services to improve customer service experience

Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate must have previous experience of between 5 and 10 years in positions with responsibilities similar to those described above, preferably in companies within the healthcare or graphics sectors
- Customer service orientation with great ability to interact with all departments of the company, from IT to finance, legal and HR
- A high level of spoken and written English (accustomed to communicating in English in the professional field and daily)
- A high knowledge of spoken and written French will be positively valued
- Strong communication and team management skills
