After winning a tender process, Veritek worked with Roche Diagnostics to analyse data and create a bespoke support plan, allowing immediate deployment of Veritek specialist engineers during urgent demand peaks.
All of Veritek’s specialist engineers already had experience and expertise in complex technologies.
In addition they were given the same OEM training as Roche Diagnostic’s in-house teams, certifying that their knowledge and competency levels met Roche’s exceptional standards.
Veritek’s widespread network of engineers and seamless management across pan-European territories allowed engineers to be deployed fast to multiple sites over large geographic areas.
